Here’s a run-down on our August ice cream flavours.
Ice Cream #1
Our first ice cream is Sweet San Jose. We started with a dark, creamy chocolate ice cream made from Haigh’s dark chocolate. This chocolate is made from Costa Rican cocoa beans and offers a rich chocolate flavour complimented with the subtle taste of coffee and dried fruit.
We then added chunks of yummy salted caramel fudge that need to be tasted to be believed. This ice cream is finally topped off with layers of chocolate sauce to complete the ultimate is decadence.
We used Darriwell Farm for our fudge add-ins and you’re going to be stoked we did. A delicious salted caramel fudge complements the dark choc ice cream so well!
Ice Cream #2
For all you lovers of blueberries, this is the one for you. It’s called Berry Blitz.
A lighter vanilla ice cream with ripples of blueberry and finally topped off with yummy peach and raspberry jam. We used fresh, organic blueberries that were plump, sweet and full of flavour. The jam came from Darriwell Farm, a Geelong based business.
