Hershey’s Chocolate-Strawberry Ripple is a reduced fat ice cream. It’s got soft strawberry sauce running through the tub. This frozen dessert has 40% less fat than regular ice cream.

Is this low fat ice cream any good?

Hershey’s Chocolate-Strawberry Ripple is an enjoyable tub of low fat ice cream. The texture is soft, and it scoops nicely into a bowl or cone. 

The strawberry sauce is deliciously oozy straight from the freezer. It makes up 11% of the tub, so some decent sized wells are waiting to be discovered further down the container.

No ice cream is perfect, though, including Hershey’s Chocolate-Strawberry Ripple. While its texture is smooth and creamy, it has a foamy consistency that won’t compete with more premium ice creams.
