Ice Cream Bon Bons
Ice cream bon bons
Combine your favourite chocolate with a yummy mango ice cream to create these amazing looking ice cream bon bons. This is a flexible recipe: you can easily change the mangoes to your favourite in-season fruit if they aren’t readily available.
We used a dome mould but you can use a muffin tray. Add some cling wrap before pouring in the chocolate so that it’s easy to remove them from the pans.
