Crunchie Bar Ice Cream Recipe
It doesn’t get much simpler than this crunchie bar ice cream recipe. You can use store-bought ice cream or try making this vanilla ice cream recipe for a fresher tasting, homemade dessert.
Although it’s an easy recipe, it will probably get added to your favourites list. The combination of honeycomb, chocolate and vanilla ice cream is delicious.
Ingredients
- a 2L tub of vanilla ice cream
- 3 50g Crunchie bars
- 1/4 cup Lucky Topperz (peanuts and choc peanuts)
Method
Step 1
Remove your ice cream from the freezer and allow to soften for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
Break up the Crunchie bars using a knife. Alternatively you can pop the Crunchie bars in a bag and smash them with anything heavy.
Step 3
Use a spoon to add the smashed Crunchie bars to the ice cream. You’ll find it hard to stir so use your spoon to poke the bits of Crunchie into the ice cream. You want the pieces evenly distributed.
Step 4
Freeze for an hour until hardened then serve topped with Lucky Topperz. If you don’t have these where you live then any nuts and chocolate will be fine!

This is a seriously good ice cream that is easy to make. If you don’t have Crunchie bars in your part of the world then use picnic, snickers, flake or any other chocolate bar that breaks up easily. Why not add all of them to your ice cream?
